However, the degree of Chinese construction information industrialization is still at a relatively low level, we need to find a solution going through the transformation to low energy consumption, low-pollution and sustainability. The main purpose of this study is to find the conjunction point between the basic principle about BIM technology and industrial residential, then by analyzing the application practices of BIM in the actual project, try to find a new way to explore the development of the construction industry to green, environmentally friendly and low carbon direction.Nowadays, the developing pattern of BIM combined with industrialized housing has becoming mature. As one of the main motivations of industry restructuring, the standardized and industrialized methods in designing and producing could fit in the development of industrialized housing well. With the changes, such as quality qriented, size effects and the demand of turnover, as well as many other rules in this industry, more and more industrialized housing projects based on BIM would spring up. As a practical technology theory, BIM and housing design could not be separate from each other, it has an irreplaceable role in residential space planning, omponent design and production, analysis of residential sustainability and operational management.The methods of architectural design are not changeless, for the residential characters, there is a high repetitive rate in designing. Design methods of modularization and modulation were becoming mature. Splitting the complex whole into function modular, in order to increase the efficiency and quality in design. And then by studying the typical cases, deducing the feasibility between modular design and industrialized housing. Taking the project practices as support, analyzing the application of BIM in different building types. Make a further discussion about the combination of BIM and industrialized house design, in order to use the conclusion to guide research and study in the future. |
