Industrialized Housing System Of Suitable For Rural Areas Comparative Analysis

China’s housing industry, the road began in the1950s, after half a centur y ofdevelopment, since1999the State Council issued Document No.72, namely,"topromote the modernization of housing industry to improve on the quality of anumber of residential views" in a clear advance the guiding ideology ofmodernization of housing industry, the main goal, since the priorit ies andimplementation requirements. Housing industry has entered a full-speeddevelopment period. Research on the housing industry after another, some of theadvanced industrialized housing and industrialized hou sing production systemmodel has been the practice with the pilot project and the completion of the projectgradually matured and improved. With the work of building a socialist newcountryside deepening, the construction industry began to focus on rural h ousing.To carry out the construction of rural housing until the moment a new socialistcountryside, has been showing a large amount of residential construction, bothresidential poor scenarios. Many problems for rural housing, the central keep ofthese new demands, after several years of unremitting efforts, China’s rural home isin the right direction. Today, central authorit ies have identified the housingindustrialization as the main rural residential development.In this paper, the existing rural resid ential industrial system, combined withthe actual situation of China’s rural housing and rural housing constructionpractical condit ions, for rural residential industrial system in capital investment,technology and other aspects of design and constructio n of a standard nature of theproposed recommendations.
