Study On Various Design Methods Of Industrialized Housing In China

"Promoting constructing green building.and insisted in industrialized housing" is one of the "Eleventh Five-Year" national scientific and technological supporting projects. Since 1978. along with the reform of domestic commodity and economy, urban housing construction in China experienced turning point from the simple pursuit of quantity to improve the quality of residential living. From the perspective of sustainable development, in the whole life cycle consumption, housing occupied more quickly than any other Industry. The construction of commercial structures with high-quality, intensive, diversified industrial house, to improve the health of housing and comfort. With the deepening of housing reform, a new round of discussion on industrialized housing and practice is beginning in new century.This study borrows SI theory in industrialized housing,and divides it into two parts: support and infill.Then it elaborates construction methods, in-depth study of basic theories of industrialization, supporting for diversification of industrial residential comparative analysis of physical design approach, summarized to explore for economic and technological level of China's industrialization model of residential support on the basis of industrialized housing. In Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, this study summaries the characters of foreign and domestic residential development in industrial practice, from the choice of structure, materials, applications, combinations and other aspects and summarize their development path, clearly support the design on important role in the development of industrialized housing; In Chapter 4-6, as the core of this chapter discusses the theory and practice in the above-mentioned three aspects based on the design of the support body depth:the choice of structural system; three-stage elevation design; diversified portfolio design; Finally, the proposed approach to security with the industrialization of housing construction, and test design, to be used for industrialized housing (area) design.
