| In recent years,with the rapid development of infrastructure of the city,the living standards of urban and economic growth of urban residents has significantly improved.However,due to the large amount of investment in urban infrastructure construction,long construction period,long payback period,and many other features so that government pressure greater,Have to seek a new financing model,both to ease the financial pressure,but also to ensure the quality of the project,the PPP model just to meet the requirements of today’s rapid development of urban infrastructure.PPP also called public-private partnership,which combines private-funded,experienced management and government policy support,etc.,and create favorable conditions for the successful completion of urban infrastructure projects.However,since the PPP project in China’s development is not yet mature,urban infrastructure is large-scale and technical complexity,the PPP project participants too much,risk management has become an important part of urban infrastructure PPP projects.Various participants PPP projects must accurately identify risks during the project,objective assess risk and reasonable to deal with risks,raise awareness and the level of risk management in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project.The risk management of urban infrastructure PPP project is the research object of this paper,based on the analysis andstudy of relevant research findings domestic and abroad,Combined with China’s urban infrastructure PPP project problems,To research the whole process of risk management,Identify risk factors for urban infrastructure PPP projects exist,And use ISM analysis and correlation structure between the factors,Ultimately,constructed risk evaluation index system.Constructed the BP neural network evaluation model,and used MATLAB software training and testing it as well as case research.Summarized the common risk response and control methods,and evaluation results for the case put forward appropriate countermeasures.Neural network method was introduced into the risk assessment of PPP in urban infrastructure,which solves the drawbacks of the existing method is too subjective.Through the training process of the relevant parameters of the improvement,making training faster,getting the trained model faster and improving the accuracy of the simulation,to ensure the accuracy of the final evaluation results,as well as the correct weight order.Hope for the results of this research can play a reference role to urban infrastructure PPP project decision makers and managers. |
