Along with the increasing standardization of power engineering construction projects,the exchange and transmission of information have become more frequent.Traditional information management models and methods cannot meet the needs of on-site work to carry out management and control.The practice has proved that the implementation of information technology is an important means to improve the level of project management.There is a serious safety risk in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects.If the on-site safety management and control are not strengthened,personal injuries and accidents are prone to occur.In order to implement the safety work policy of "safety first,prevention first,comprehensive management",it is necessary to manage the process of construction safety risk of power transmission projects.Based on the analysis of the inherent risks before the start of the project,combined with the actual operating characteristics of the project,the risk was dynamically identified before the construction operation.The risk level was re-evaluated,and targeted pre-control measures were adopted for the risk operation to ensure the transmission and transformation project Construction safety risks are always in a controllable state.The main purpose of this paper is to collect the current status of management and control of major risk operations in power grid construction.It strengthens the management and control of key and difficult points in construction site risk management,and improves the level of infrastructure risk field control through the development and application of infrastructure risk management and control systems.The first step according to the research background of this topic,the main problems are collecting the current managements problems of power grid projects risk control,summarizing and sorting out the weak links of informatization management of infrastructure risk management and control,and putting forward the overall,functional and unfunctional requirements of infrastructure risk management and control systems.The overall requirements of the system describe the structure of the system from the system's large framework.Functional requirements express user needs from three aspects.It focuses on problem-solving,business processes,and functional design.Non-functional requirements describe user operation requirements from the user experience and performance aspects.The second step according to the requirements,the corresponding development platform and tools for system design are selected.This system uses an object-oriented method.Axure RP and Powerdesigner are selected as design tools.FWEB platform is the system development platform.J2 EE,SpringMVC + MyBatis are the technical framework software.Java is the development language,and the database is using MySQL.The third step describes the specific implementation process of the system in detail.Taking the basic module,collaborative work module,risk monitoring module,learning and training module,and safety library module are shown as examples.The detail of the system's implementation steps and processes are described.The system operational screenshot is illustrated.Finally,the system passed functional test,system stress test and safety test.It is evaluated through these results and the system is debugged.
