| In order to effectively solve supporting facilities problems for residents living in Nanning Fengling North,Nanning municipal government plans to authorize Nanning Weining Investment Group Co.,Ltd.to develop Jinju neighborhood square project in Fengling North,taking the advanced concept of the developed areas and the model of the Suzhou neighborhood center as reference.The Jinju neighborhood square project is the first project of Weining neighborhood square series projects,the construction of this project would provide rich experience for other Weining neighborhood square series of projects.At the same time,it would take the first step on creating new type of community life service,leading by Nanning with demonstration role in the whole region.The success of this project has a significant impact on the development of the enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important to do project risk management research,in order to provide protection for the smooth progress of the project.Based on the knowledge of project risk management theory,and combining with the specific circumstances of Jinju neighborhood square project,the article cites the risk list through brainstorming,expert opinion method etc,identify and analyse potential risk factors for each stage of the project according to the risk list.The article also establishes the risk index system by combining with expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,quantifying the project risk by using the level analysis professional software(Yaahp software),to obtain weight ranking of risk stage and key risk factors,then finally get the project risk evaluation results.Finally,the article pertinently put forward specific risk prevention measures,according to the risk factors of the weight of the key risk factors,to enable enterprises prevent risk effectively while investing in the development of this project. |
