Study On Risk Management Of Safety And Energy Saving And Environmental Protection Project In Bao Le Hui Mall

Risk management,as a key part of project management,is also a prominent problem in project management.Although the research on project risk management has has widely formed a certain system,it is also scarce that the research on the risk of large-scale mall’s safety,energy saving and environmental protection technology transformation project is still scarce.Baolehui Mall’s safety,energy saving,environmental protection and other system technology renovation projects involve more complex systems,a wider scope,high time limit requirements,and many implicit risk factors in the project.The application of risk management in such project management activities will play an important role in the realization of project objectives.Based on the actual situation of Baolehui Mall’s safety,energy saving and environmental protection technology renovation project,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management and project risk management,this thesis studies the risk management of this project,providing reference and research for the follow-up project risk management.Firstly,the main contents of Baolehui Mall’s technical renovation project of safety,energy saving and environmental protection are discussed.On this basis,the methods and tools of project management are used to study project risk identification,project risk assessment,project risk response and project risk monitoring and so on.Then,the main risk factors of the project are analyzed,the overall risk is evaluated,and the influencing projects are identified.Compare the main risk factors,and plan the corresponding measures to these risk factors,and focus on monitoring.Finally,the effective path to implement project risk management has increased the guarantee for the full realization of the preset goal of Baolehui Mall’s safety,energy saving and environmental protection technological renovation project.By studying and selecting the analytical method path which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,including project task decomposition,risk factor decomposition,hierarchical model construction,risk assessment index system and other risk management methods,this paper can construct risk management system in the implementation of large shopping mall safety,energy saving and environmental protection technology transformation project,and effectively identify the risk of the project.It provides useful reference for management activities such as risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring.
