High pressure water jet is a new technology developed in recent years.With the development of industrial technology in China,high pressure water jet occupied most industrial market for its characteristic of environmental protection,it is mainly used in washing,cutting and crushing,etc.High pressure water jet cleaning system using water as medium,the large flow high pressure pump driven by motor or diesel,the high pressure water spray through a single nozzle or multiple nozzles,which driven by hydraulic or pneumatic to rotating,forming multibeam,multi-angle,strength of ultrahigh pressure rotating water jet,to clean the surface of equipment,attachments and clogs.With the development of industry and the progress of science technology,cleaning technology have developed rapidly,the new cleaning technology appear constantly.Especially the kinds of physical cleaning method which has developed rapidly and widely applied.Physical method has the characteristics of pro-environment compared with the chemical cleaning method,it has been the main development direction.Among these high pressure water jet cleaning technology is the most rapid development and wide application,has become a major domestic cleaning technology.High pressure water jet cleaning technology is quite mature abroad,dominate the leading role of industrial cleaning.With the development and improvement of technology,cleaning pressure of the system increased and cleaning efficiency and quality has got rapid development.But the current domestic high pressure water jet cleaning technology has a certain gap compared with foreign,and the main components high pressure pump mostly still rely on imports,cost much,it increase the cost of high pressure water jet cleaning machine.High pressure water jet has the advantages of environmental protection,energy saving,no corrosion,so the research of high pressure water jet cleaning technology has a great significance.This paper mainly introduced the high pressure water jet cleaning system and its application.Analysed and introduced the structure and working principle of the high pressure water generating system,design the high pressure water generation system,mainly including system components selection,design of the pedestal and the layout of the components on the pedestal;And designed the cleaning mechanism;Then do the topology optimization and shape optimization of the pedestal,reduce 37%of the quality of the pedestal;In the end,the performance verification test was carried out on the model machine,research the influence of target distance and incident Angle on the cleaning efficiency by Fluent innovatively,through road signs line cleaning experiments to study the effect of pressure on the cleaning efficiency,provide important basis for the selection of parameters and the choice of parameters in the actuator design.
