Research On The Scheme Improvement In Railway System Transportation Capacity Of Gongchangling Mine

Railway transportation is an important part of mine transportation system,railway system of transport capacity size affect the mine production capacity,improve the mine railway transport capacity is helpful to mine productivity,also can reduce transportation costs,to meet the downstream enterprises demand for iron ore,and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.At present,the mine enterprises home and abroad continue to explore ways to improve the railway transport capacity,successful experience.The railway system in Gongchangling mine transport capacity has become a bottleneck of development of mine,Gongchangling mine railway transport capacity shortage,promotes the mine railway transportation capacity becomes a problem urgently to be solved.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis for the transportation capability,including logistics transportation planning theory and optimization of dispatching vehicle theory development,promotes the process of the railway transportation capacity of mines at home and abroad,points out the development trend of lifting transport ability of mine railway system,then introduces the general situation of the railway system in Gongchangling mine,according to the situation of Gongchangling mine railway system lack of transport capacity,analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the transport capacity of mine railway system,and using the related method of transportation planning and vehicle scheduling optimization design,including vehicle scheduling,station of mine railway transportation capacity of lifting scheme,the scheme of the implementation of the mine railway transportation system capacity assurance measures,finally give a conclusion.The promote railway transportation capacity is proposed in this paper,it based on the status of railway transportation system in Gongchangling mine,to improve the transport capacity of railway transportation system with practical significance,while has signed to the development of the similar transport system.
