With the development of the Internet of Things technology,the remote industrial communication system has become an indispensable part of the industrial automation field.Starting from the project requirements and combined with remote control technology,this thesis designs a remote control system of automatic transmission solenoid valve test based on Io T technology.The development of the system is mainly to be able to remotely view the information of the solenoid valve detection in real time to achieve efficient and accurate accuracy monitoring and management of the solenoid valve detection system.This system mainly completes the design of the device,cloud server,client,and the implementation of communication protocols between each module.The research work in this article is as follows:(1)The solenoid valve test system and remote control module are studied and designed.On the one hand,the solenoid valve detection system is designed and the two important parameters of pressure and current are collected.First of all,the solenoid valve testing system is designed,and the pressure and current are collected.Firstly,the pressure regulation system of the solenoid valve testing system is designed.In order to ensure the stability of the pressure of the solenoid valve testing system and ensure the accuracy of the solenoid valve testing,the fuzzy PID control strategy optimized by PSO and the fuzzy PID control strategy optimized by immune algorithm are designed and simulated to determine the optimal scheme of constant pressure intelligent control of pressure regulation system.Secondly,the current regulation system uses PWM control mode to provide accurate control current for solenoid valve detection.Finally,the My SQL database is designed and constructed to manage the data in front end and background data.On the other hand,the hardware and software of the remote control module are designed.This module uses STM32F103C8T6 as the main control core MCU,and realizes the communication function with the cloud server through the NB-Io T narrow-band Internet of Things module with SIM7020 C as the core.At the same time with MAX232 serial chip through the serial port to realize the function of data exchange with the solenoid valve testing equipment.(2)Design the remote control system based on the Internet of Things.Firstly,through analysis,the scheme of building and deploying the server on the platform of Ali Cloud based on MQTT communication protocol is determined.Secondly,the design of the system client is completed by using the way of Web page side,and the development and design are carried out with the help of Spring Boot framework in Java language,My Batis framework and Html page development language technology,which achieves a good man-machine interface.Finally,the communication protocol between the solenoid valve detection equipment,the remote control module,the cloud server and the Web page side and the data transmission format between them are designed to realize data interaction.(3)Complete the communication and function test of remote control system.Firstly,each part of the remote control module is tested.After the test is successful,the collected data is analyzed.After the interference data is filtered by the extended Kalman algorithm,reliable data is obtained.Secondly,the adaptive ability of JF015 E solenoid valve is tested,and the superiority of fuzzy PID controller optimized by immune algorithm is verified by analyzing the data collected remotely.Finally,the effect of remote control is further tested through Web terminal.It proves that the function of each module has certain feasibility.
