| Anti-lock braking system has the advantages of increasing vehicle stability, shorting braking distances and improving the status of tire wear, etc, greatly improved the safety of a car braking, while the ABS anti-lock braking system solenoid valve is an important part of a pressure regulator, so in order to enhance the performance of solenoid valves and speed up productivity of pressure regulators, this paper carried out an in-depth analysis of ABS solenoid valve opening and closing characteristics, and designed a hydraulic and pneumatic test system on this basis, and testing result will deep our understanding of characteristics of ABS solenoid valve.First half of this article analyzes the pressure regulator and the ABS solenoid valve of the structure and working mechanism by which obtains the actual test object, test content and test methods, and then are given a comprehensive performance testing program for ABS solenoid valves feature, and then designs the pneumatic system and hydraulic system according to required performance by program.The latter part of this article establishes AMESim models of pneumatic and hydraulic test systems to give the simulate data of different size of orifice according to the structure of ABS solenoid valve and composition of the test system, finally comparing the test data and simulate data to provide a basis for structural optimization of the ABS solenoid valve.Achievements of this article are developing the ABS valve pneumatic and hydraulic testing bench successfully and providing the testing software based on the low-cost, high- performance signal generator, at the same time the article uses simulation models to guide the internal structure of solenoid valve, and greatly improve the product research and development capacity of enterprises in ABS solenoid valve. |
