China has increased the investment of construction industry which is one of the pillar industry.Large scale of construction has brought both challenges and opportunities for project participants.Construction project has the features of large investment,large scale,long construction period,etc.Construction stage is an important stage to decide whether the project product is successful or not.The existence of risk may be difficult to achieve the desired objectives.Namely project construction stage risk will make the project quality,schedule,cost,safety deviate from the project goal.The risk in construction stage is an important index to reflect the comprehensive management level of the project participants,and also reflects the profitability of the project indirectly.At present,how to manage and prevent the risk in construction stage is the focus of the construction project.Therefore,the research on the evaluation and prevention of risk in construction project construction stage has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes the theory of the risk in construction project construction stage,and compares the research methods.The Delphi method,Cov-AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to make an empirical study.The paper is divided into six chapters.In order to show the purpose of the research more clearly,firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the risk assessment of construction projects,then the related research at home and abroad are described.Secondly,this paper gives a comprehensive description of the relevant theories of risk in the construction project construction stage,including summary of risk and risk assessment,classification of risk of construction project construction stage,risk management process of construction project construction stage,risk identification and process of construction project construction stage,risk control of construction project construction stage,etc.In order to more clearly identify the source of risk,the participants of the construction project are used as the major sources of risk,including project owner,the government,the nature,the project itself,the construction unit.This paper chooses thirty five factors as the secondary risk factor,such as,the blind intervention,the imperfect construction drawings and the incomplete information,excessive demand which not follow the objective laws,etc.Based on principal component extraction by SPSS software,the more influential factors are got,the blind intervention,the imperfect construction drawings and the incomplete information,etc.Then,the evaluation index system is constructed.It includes 5 first-grade index and 26 secondary indicators.At the same time,the paper analyzes the research methods for risk assessment and their respective conditions,and then establishes a risk evaluation system of construction project construction stage,which combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Delphi method,Cov-AHP,using Cov-AHP to calculate the weight of relevant indexes.Finally,taking Yinhe Square in Jinzhou for an example makes an empirical analysis;this paper applies the established risk evaluationsystem to this project,and obtains the level of risk of Yinhe Square by calculating the collected data.Then the targeted effective countermeasures based on the results are proposed,for instance: strengthening the expansion of financing channels,improving construction drawings,etc.On the one hand,this paper hopes to enrich the related theory of risk in construction stage of construction project,on the other hand,it hopes to provide the theoretical basis for risk management practice in construction project construction stage.
