The construction of the main power grid is easy to cause safety accidents because of its complex working procedure and relatively large difficulty.In recent years,there have been many production safety accidents of power transmission and transformation construction in the system of State Grid Corporation,most of which are due to the rush schedule,resulting in ideological paralysis of personnel and inadequate implementation of responsibilities.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that development should not be at the expense of safety.On the premise of ensuring safety,speed up the construction schedule and improve the quality of project construction,which is a topic of concern for power grid enterprises and power grid construction enterprises.The key content of this paper is to scientifically classify the operation site of main network construction and to carry out scientific and accurate control for high-risk operations and prevent accidents under the guarantee of limited time,energy and financial investment.In this paper,the operation risk in the construction stage of the main power grid is taken as the evaluation object,and the LEC safety risk evaluation method is applied to screen out the operation links with high risk and accident prone in the construction of the main power grid in advance.Delphi method was applied to organize risk identification of high-risk operation links,and an index evaluation system was constructed,including 5 first-level indicators and 26second-level indicators.After comprehensive comparison of several evaluation methods,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index calculation model based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Finally,taking project A as an example(secondary operational risk),the safety risk evaluation of the construction of the main network is organized,and the evaluation conclusions are drawn and the evaluation model is verified to provide A reference for the future research on the construction risk evaluation of the main network.
