| Since the 21st century,the shipping services has entered a high-speed development period,the scale of the maritime transport fleet has expanded rapidly,with cargo damage,casualties and even accidents have increased,which has posed a great threat to the healthy development of the maritime transport services.Due to the ship’s sailing conditions are great different with it when sailing in still water,a ship that meet the requirement of all relevant regulations before departure still prone to sink,resulting in huge losses of life and property,when encounters adverse weather and sea conditions and sails in following sea or quartering sea.To this end,at its 82nd meeting in 2006,the IMO adopted a revision about"Revised guidance to the master for avoiding dangerous situations in adverse weather and sea conditions".The revises to avoid dangerous situations with respect to the ship sailing in following and quartering sea are intended to provide guidance to the master.In the use of the guide,how to get accurate wave elements,how to quickly and accurately determine whether the ship is in dangerous state with following sea,how to take optimal ship maneuvering measures to avoid the danger,it’s very essential to improve the safety of ship sailing in following sea.Considering the guidance of IMO on the avoidance of danger in adverse weather and sea conditions,we studied the dangerous situations that the ship may encounter when sailing in following sea and quartering sea,built the ship maneuvering model to avoid the danger zone,according to the judgment standards of various dangerous situations.Based on the application of X-band navigation radar wave telemetry,this paper aimed to analyze the feasibility of wave real-time telemetry in the process of general cargo ship.Taken together,the ship safety forewarning system is built with respect to the ship sailing in following sea,and the system is developed with the help of MATLAB GUI tool.The result shows that the system can quickly and accurately monitor the safety of the ship sailing in following sea,proves the practicability of the system,and the system can provide the auxiliary function for the safety of the ship sailing in following sea and quartering sea with adverse weather and sea conditions. |
