Since reform and opening-up, China’s economy has robustly developed. Particularly, the construction scale has been enlarged. With the increasing trend of construction development, construction has become the fundamental industry of our economy. However, factors such as large scale, long construction period, complicated construction site environment, various involved persons and so on all seriously influence the safe production of construction engineering, which increases the difficulty of safe production. Moreover, the varied existing hidden danger leads to the frequent occurrence of safe production accidents. About thousands of people lose their life in construction field every year, which seriously prohibits the stable development of construction. So, in order to change this situation and promote healthy sustainable development of construction industry, establishment of early safe production warning technique on construction engineering and realization of scientific dynamic management are the most powerful guarantee.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation and the existing problems on the safe production of China’s construction engineering. Then, relevent measures are put forward to improve the management of safe production. Secondly, through looking up the literature at home and abroad, the author analyses the causes of safe production accidents and finds out the four major factors influencing safe production: people, objects, environment and management. On basis of this, safe production early warning system on construction engineering is set up. By way of five levels of warning, safe production early warning model is built and applied to the engineering practice based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp), used to judge the safe status of the construction site. Thirdly, early warning technology on safe accident probability is established. It combines with safe assessment early warning technology to promote better research of comprehend warning in the construction site and corresponding emergency control measures are put forward. Finally, the limitations and insufficient in the study are pointed out and expectation of further research is proposed.Research findings:(1)five warning levels on construction engineering are established: no-warning, light-warning, middle-warning, heavy-warning and giant warning. Safe production early warning model is built based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp).(2)Combined with the actual examples of construction engineering, research results are analyzed. This shows the feasible of the model and its scientific methods.(3)Early safe production comprehensive warning on construction engineering is established, which is helpful to the construction site. Moreover, corresponding emergency control measures are proposed.
