In recent years,heavy lift transport has become an important part in ocean transportation market.Heavy lift usually have high,long,overweight characteristics,which stowage on deck of the ship by rigid securing method.At present,there is no definite and effective criterion for the checking of the rigid securing scheme of the heavy lift at home and abroad.And the accidents have occurred sometimes during the transportation due to lashing fastener causes,resulting in a significant loss of life and property.Therefore,it has become an important task to establish an effective criterion for checking and evaluating the rigid system and ensure the security of the system.In this paper,starting from the types of heavy lift and its rigid securing equipment,the calculation method of the external force of heavy lift is studied,and the method of checking the rigid system based on the direct calculation method is analyzed.Combined with the idea of finite element,based on ANSYS heavy lift rigid securing plan checking method is proposed.The checking method is using for rigid securing plan check of a practical engineering.The structural strength of the cargo ship loader,the securing equipment and the partial ship hull are checked respectively.The results show that the stress concentration at the joint of the spiral steel pipe and the insert plate is close to the allowable stress value of the spiral steel pipe.It is suggested to set the stress relief hole at the joint of the spiral steel pipe and the inserting plate.The strength of the ship-loading equipment,the securing equipment and the partial ship hull meet the requirements.The results show that the rigid securing plan is safe and effective,which is the same as obtained using the direct calculation check method.The stress result of the checking method is intuitive and reliable,and it can accurately find the weak region of the system’s structural strength.The research results of this paper have guiding significance for the check of the rigid securing of the heavy lift,which provides a technical support for the domestic study of heavy lift of maritime security transport.
