With the rapid development of global economic and business,and the progress of equipment manufacturing,the maritine heavy cargo transportation is becoming more and more frequent.Heavy cargo compared with the general bulk cargo and container transportation has a lot of differences,with it's high quality,large volume and irregular shape.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a special binding plan for the shape characteristics of different major pieces of goods when carrying out stowage and binding.In addition to the inertial forces,the effect of wind is also very important to the cargo which is fixed on the deck.Due to the great differences in the external shape of different types of heavy cargo,the estimation of the wind impact of different goods developed by IMO is too crude.This paper aimming at the characteristics of the different shapes of heavy cargo develops scientific and objective wind estimation.Based on the classified heavy cargo,each kind of heavy cargo affected by wind calculation method,and the calculated results with the calculation result of the CSS specification comparison,put forward different shapes of heavy cargo reference shape factor,and according to the shape characteristics of all kinds of heavy cargo securing binding advice are put forward.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the integrated CSS specification and the actual transportation of major cargo cases by shipping company,several common major heavy cargo are classified according to their appearance characteristics and wind conditions.The following classification results are obtained:wind power tower drum and locomotive are one class;Buses with flat appearance are one class;The irregular shape of ferries,wind leaves and fishing boats are a category;As well as the distillation column and transformer which are not affected by wind and wave force in the cabin.2.Find out the suitable calculation method according to the appearance characteristics of all kinds of important goods.The application of CCS standard and DNV specification is suitable to calculate the large items of cube.The application of Blendermann's empirical formula method is suitable for the calculation of large pieces of material goods and wind leaf.For the irregular shape of ferry class heavy goods need to apply numerical simulation calculation,application to get the ideal results by theinstance,and verify the validity and accuracy of the method model.3.The numerical simulation method is used to calculate the reference shape coefficients of the large parts of the spheroidal class,the round table and the spheroidal class,and the corresponding binding and binding Suggestions are put forward for each type of material.The study for similar types of heavy cargo lashing plan formulation provides a closer to the actual situation of wind power calculation method,namely to ensure transportation safety and save the solid tie.
