With the development of power grid and the acceleration in integration if new energy resources,automation technology and communication technology are widely applied in power systems.In the future,the traditional power grid will transform into a complex large system of electricity,information and energy.As an important part of the whole power system,the distribution network is directly connected to the customers.And it has a great impact on the customers' power supply quality.Along with the development of distribution network,there are more equipment put into service.And they are widely distributed.Therefore,the traditional operation control methods in distribution network will be challenged by the increasing uncertain risk factors.As an important part of distribution management system,network reconfiguration can modify the system topological structure by changing the status of the switches.The distribution network is reconfigured to reduce power loss,enhance power quality and improve the reliability of the system.This paper introduces an adaptive positive feedback harmony search algorithm to solve the distribution network reconfiguration problem.And a multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration model is considering system reliability is proposed to both improve the efficiency and guarantee the security and stability of power system.Finally,a novel risk assessment and management system for distribution network is established to guarantee the system efficiency and reliability.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The importance and necessity of researching network reconfiguration are expounded based on the recent research status.In one aspect,the algorithms used for network reconfiguration are summarized into 3 categories:analytical method,heuristic method and intelligent method.In another aspect,analytical method and simulation method used in distribution network reliability are introduced briefly.2.An adaptive positive feedback harmony search algorithm is proposed for network reconfiguration.Firstly the reconfiguration model considering feeder losses is set up.Secondly,traditional harmony search algorithm is improved in both convergence speed and search success rate.Finally,the proposed algorithm is testified on the 33-and 69-bus systems and is compared with other conventional approaches.3.A multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration model based system homogeneity is established by adding system reliability to the traditional model.Firstly,the relationship between power loss and reliability of systems with different homogeneity is analyzed.Then,to enhance system reliability and homogeneity,a new multi-objective model is established by coupling the reliability index with system homogeneity.Finally,the proposed model is tested on the 33-bus system and the results is encouraging.4.A novel risk assessment and management system for distribution network is established.This system is based on the multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration model considering system reliability.And it contains a weak link recognition module and an integrated risk management module.This system could be used to guarantee the system efficiency and reliability.
