Under the background of serious global energy crisis and increasing environmental pollution problems,China,the largest developing country in the world,these problems are particularly prominent.The government is taking a series of measures to improve the situation.The green building,as a new concept,is applied to save energy and reduce emission.The green building becomes more and more popular worldwide.China also vigorously promotes the implementation of green building in policy,green building has a practical significance to alleviate the energy crisis and protect environment.Combined with many kinds of green building evaluation indicators,this paper proposed effective schemes in the electrical design phase,according to the green building electrical requirements,to upgrade the overall electrical energy saving effect in the construction.The research uses the following energy saving design elements:(1)the reasonable layout of the power distribution system.Through the precise calculation of load,we can get more accurate estimation of the power consumption in the green building and optimize the structure of the distribution system,aim to minimize the line loss of the system.(2)The use of renewable energy.Use solar energy resources by the photovoltaic power generation system,analyze the equipment selection and the system composition,establish photovoltaic systems economic benefit calculation model,provide the economic index of photovoltaic power generation system.(3)Lighting system energy saving design.Discuss the composition and control mode of the intelligent lighting system.Compare the energy consumption,quality of the light and the applicable range of various kinds of light sources.(4)Energy saving operation of transformer.The energy loss of transformer in building is summarized.The methods of selecting transformer capacity and the optimal operation mode are put forward.Build the energy consumption monitoring and management system,establish a unified monitoring and management platform.Through energy sub-metering,we can detect the building's power consumption by real-time.When the construction is put into use,energy management solutions can be proposed.The energy saving operation strategy can be improved continuously.Summarize the classification of various types of constructions' energy consumption,composition of monitoring and management system,energy analysis and diagnosis,energy saving control and energy consumption planning.Solve the difficulties of statistics and analysis in complex construction power system,grasp the overall energy flow in the green building,manage the schedule of equipment and achieve the goal of energy saving.Finally,an example of green building electrical design in an industrial park is given to illustrate the specific application of the above design process.And the energy saving effect is compared and evaluated.The results of the study show that green building design combining with mature renewable energy power generation technology,electrical facility energy saving design,unified and efficient energy management system,can achieve better energy saving effect.It leads the trend of the future green building electrical design.
