| As the development of economy and urban modernization,the power cable is used widely and taircase-like increasing in China.Sometimes,the fault outage occurs in such a large and complex cable networks.It will affect the enterprise and the residents seriously.During 2012 and 2013,there were thirty one power cable fault of 35 kV in Tianjin CX Power Supply Company.The paper collects the data of these fault to analyze and classify.At the same time,research the reasons of the typical fault that happened to find the crux.The control measures will also be researched.The paper studies aid cable connector installation tool to solve the problem of low quality in installing.Then formulates the effective control measures to power cable cable fault of 35 kV in Tianjin CX power supply company.The conclusion of the paper shows that there are prominent problems in the process of accessory installation.They are semi-conductive layer deep fracture marks,heat shrink tubing in place,cable accessories installation mifengbuyan and so on.These problems are the crux who lead to the power cable fault of 35 kV in Tianjin CX power supply company happened frequently during 2012 and 2013.The paper analyze the problems and formulates the effective control measures,and solve the semi-conductive layer peeled cut problem in the process of accessories installation of 35 kV power cable. |
