China has now entered the construction of urban industrial development important period,as the GDP increased year by year,the economic construction of our country has entered the white-hot stage.So all kinds of energy demand continues to increase,with the concept of sustainable development and environmental protection,deepening,clean energy become a new favorite energy use.However,electric energy is the most important in the clean energy,has become the national power construction and economic prosperity of the most basic safeguard.According to the current electricity situation,predicts 2020,the national economic construction and domestic load demand will reach 10 trillion kilowatt-hours of electricity generation capacity will reach 1.7 billion kilowatts,compared to today's power level in China is far,but the national grid power transmission and transformation construction will power remote transmission become a reality.According to the current 800 kv ac and 800 kv dc main body structure,cannot have satisfied after country balance the needs of sustainable development,so the construction of the uhv project become more important subject of national development in the future.In this work,that construction of 1000 kV GIS is use as the engineering project background,and the quality optimization management dat the field installation process of ultra-high voltage engineering project is studied.First introduced the selected topic background and significance,and analysis the present situation of quality management both at home and abroad and research.Secondly expounds the power engineering construction quality management system.Again,using the case study method combing evaluation uhv J station engineering problems in the early stage of the installation project;Then by using comparative study method and descriptive study method to discuss the quality management in the process of installation,from the installation personnel,installation environment,installation,progress,new technology of materials was improved in many aspects.Finally using the analysis method to evaluate the quality improvement of the installation process optimization for effect.Research for the follow-up of uhv GIS installation quality control provides a certain reference significance.
