The Research On Calibrating Device Of Arc Suppression Coil Controller

With the increase of voltage classes,the expansion of power system and the increase of transmission distance,the safety and reliability of power supply have become a top priority.When the system occurs single-phase ground fault,the arc suppression coil inductance current can compensate the capacitance current of the system,reduce the grounding residual current,and extinguish arc rapidly,avoiding the expansion of fault.Due to the measurement and calculation of the system capacitance current are the basis of arc suppression coil controller for automatic compensation,this paper introduce an improved method to calculate the capacitance current based on the two point method and three point method,which reduces the error of calculation and makes compensation more accurate.The arc suppression coil controller which incline grounding transformer,load switch,arc suppression coil and damping resistance box,microcomputer controller and the control panel are introduced in this paper to compensate the whole system automatically according to the capacitance current.Because of the arc suppression coil controller running for a long time in the power system,the operation condition doesn't work well,and the system can't be compensated absolutely.A calibration device of arc suppression coil controller is designed in this paper to check whether the package unit of arc suppression coil controller runes normal,by comparing the calculated capacitance current with the value of the checked controller.
