This paper aims to improve shortcomings of traditional lithium-ion drying technology and put forward the method of vacuum drying,based on the design of heating system of the vacuum device,‘heating trolley' as a design procedure is being raised.Combined with the vacuum drying characteristics of lithium-ion battery,the setting of battery vacuum drying device has been completed,including vacuum pumping system,heating system and vacuum chamber,innovative design in a vacuum environment to complete the preliminary encapsulation to avoid ‘secondary pollution' could be possible.On the basis of this,the three-dimensional numerical model of vacuum oven was established.The influence of inlet temperature and flow rate on the temperature field of lithium battery was simulated and analyzed by flow-heat coupling method.And the impact of lithium battery temperature field.The results show that the increase of the temperature of the inlet oil is beneficial to the improvement of the drying efficiency of the lithium battery.The increase of the heat transfer oil flow has little effect on the temperature field of the lithium battery.The addition of the fin is not only beneficial to the drying rate,use.After the simulation and theoretical calculation of the comparative analysis,the indicators basically meet the expected design goals,can improve the efficiency of lithium-ion battery drying,reduce the operating costs of enterprises have some practical reference value.
