In recent years,in the face of the world's two major international environmental pollution and energy crisis,the development of new energy electric vehicles has achieved a staged breakthrough.Power lithium-ion batteries(referred to as lithium batteries,the same below)as the core components of various new energy vehicles,due to its lack of battery pack performance,short battery life and other shortcomings,to a large extent restrict the new energy electric vehicles Rapid development.The preparation process of lithium battery pole pieces plays an important role in the quality and life of lithium batteries.At present,the main processes of various domestic manufacturers include: coating,drying and rolling.The drying box is the core process equipment for the pole piece drying.The structure and flow field characteristics of the drying box play an important role in the drying effect of the pole piece.This paper aims to analyze the drying box by theoretical research,numerical simulation and experimental verification.The characteristics of the internal gas flow field,comparative study of the influence of non-standard components under different process parameters on the flow field characteristics,improve the drying effect,and provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of the drying box and the selection of non-standard components in the actual work.Firstly,through the sample of a factory,using Solid Works software to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the drying box structure and the air knife structure(one of the current sharing components in the drying box),determine its structural layout,and use this as a benchmark,combined with many domestic manufacturers.Subtle improvements are made to the different structural advantages of similar products.Then use ICEM-CFD software to divide the grid,use Fluent software to set the boundary conditions,and then calculate and solve the flow field distribution of the simulated object.The calculated results are analyzed and embodied by CFD-POST and MATLAB software.Secondly,it is important to study the variation of the uniformity characteristics of the flow field such as surface temperature and velocity fluctuation of the wind blade with different structural parameters and technical parameters.The wind knives of four different structural types were taken as the research object.The resistance characteristics of the two types of structures were compared and analyzed,and the current sharing effect in the simulated test chamber was selected.The air knife with small resistance and good current sharing effect was selected for subsequent research.Change the height of the outlet when working with the air knife,the angle between the manifold and the distance between the air knife,determine the combination scheme of the best flow field uniformity on the surface of the pole piece,and select the corresponding process.The combination of parameters was used for subsequent research;in different air inlet modes,the upper and lower air chamber flow guiding device(one of the current sharing components in the drying box)was added,and the poles with or without the flow guiding device were compared and analyzed.The distribution of flow field characteristics on the surface of the sheet,and then an appropriate current sharing device is proposed to improve the air velocity field and temperature field in the drying box.Then the design idea of a hot air circulation type infrared drying box with exhaust gas filtering function is proposed,and the flow field characteristics of the drying box under steady state are analyzed.Finally,the experimental research was carried out according to the existing drying box,which further verified the correctness and rationality of the numerical simulation results and theoretical research work.
