As the deepening of economic globalization,mutual communication between enterprises are developing in both horizontal level and vertical level,the new generation of information and manufacturing will blend deeply.The popularity of Cyber Physical System is coming,it will take a total new intelligent production mode and realize the digitization?networking and intelligence of production.Engine assembly process that based on CPS can realize the connectivity of heterogeneous devices and intelligent management.Nevertheless,the large number of heterogeneous devices ? different communication protocol and dynamic of production make process modeling be a very difficult problem.Aiming for the building of engine assembly process unit model what gets ability of environment awareness,self-management and interaction of each part.This article firstly analyzes the engine assembly process unit inherent attributes,CPS's interconnectivity and organizational structure and CPS's key technologies.Secondly,Time and Spaced-based Object-oriented Colored Petri Net(TSOCPN)is adopted to build basic granularity function module,and abstract production resources' dynamic attribute as well as static attribute on the basis of assembly requirements.Combining these two elements together,the model that named Unit of Cyber(UoC)is shaped,which possess the capacity of selfgovernment internally and interaction externally.Thirdly,analysis information interactive network of engine assembly process based on CPS.Treat UOC as the basic interaction unit,build the Standard interaction model of mechanical of CPS,and then,make internal and external information interaction simulation.Analysis the interaction rule of Standard interaction model,making sure that the interaction is timely and security.On the basis of function logic and operation standard constraints between workstations,building UOC's data interface or interface between different levels by database,thus,we will get the whole cyber model of mechanical assembly process based on CPS.Finally,according to UOC's working rule and interaction standard,we make the engine production line as an example,illustrating the transformation between the real engine production line and virtual model of engine production line that is make up of UOCs.We use this virtual model verify environment awareness,self-management and interaction of each part.It come out that the model of UOC and the interaction standard that this article build is reasonable and can be widely used to build stable mechanical assembly process model.
