In recent years,with the rapid development of the city,the scale of construction and the expansion of production and life of the power requirements continue to increase,more and more large-scale electric power network,the conventional approach to management has been difficult to meet the scientific and efficient management of the practical needs of the urban power network.Currently the industry is mostly in line or area the way for the operation and management of 35 kV cable line data storage management,file format mostly of AutoCad DWG format,data is fragmented,with a large degree dependent on the person familiar;cable operation and maintenance management information query difficulties,low efficiency to provide data,information is incomplete;in the reform work cut line cable lines become frequent,difficult cable runs to update data,it is difficult to protect the data of current trend.In order to completely change this situation,it must use a scientific and efficient way to solve the problems and meet the needs of the work.Specifically,the use of geographic information system(GIS)spatial information technology to build power lines management system for these data processing,and cable pipeline data and scientific storage and management,the formation of resource dynamic digital management;implement information materials fast query,statistics,update,and share information to provide accurate data for the cable pipeline operation and maintenance,repair,design and construction of underground pipelines and other associated works,thus providing information on current potential basis for the city's development plan.Construction function of the target system consists of the following components:the establishment of a unified data stratification,classification and coding system,to achieve normalization and standardization of data;development pipeline data dynamically updated tools to achieve pipeline edit data maintenance;database development outside the industry probe warehousing tools,computerized management of pipeline data;implement all terrain,pipeline management in the graphics database through ArcGIS,and a spatial database data stored underground cable pipeline to achieve "a map" data management;the establishment of strict permissions classification system,given the needs of different users different permissions to ensure the safety of the system;fully consider the openness of thesystem and post-development potential,ensure the long-term use.
