| Bucket wheel reclaimer is always used in bulk field for stock piling and excavating bulk material.It can take away bulk material in storage yard through its rotating bucket wheel,and also can stack material through an opposite way.So bucket wheel reclaimer is a kind of equipment that can continuously and efficiently stacking and reclaiming material.In this paper,the author design a bucket wheel reclaimer which is based on the special working condition on salt field.In consideration of the actual ground conditions of salt field and the advantages of rubber tracks,this paper adopt rubber crawler chassis to reduce the vibration and noise,and reduce the damage to the ground.Firstly,based on the structure of caterpillar engineering machinery chassis,according to mechanical design data and efficiency requirements of salt field,the author completed chassis structural design of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,and reasonable selection and checking the related parts in the premise of process parameters.Then completed virtual prototyping design based on CATIA.For tracked vehicle,steering system and the damage to the ground is the emphasis of research.So the author completed the steering performance research based on MATLAB and numerical analysis.and deduced the general relationship between turning radius and track speed ratio on both sides.Likewise,the author researched the distribution of ground pressure of rubber track in dynamic and static conditions respectively based on the basic knowledge of terramechanics.and deduced the maximal ground pressure of rubber track in any condition,this conclusion reasonably verified that the virtual prototyping will never damage the soil of salt field.This paper also researched the force condition of actuator.and deduced the general relationship between centre-of-gravity position and ground pressure.and the relationship between acceleration and ground pressure.Finally,this paper researched the theoretical basis of modal analysis and static mechanics analysis based on finite element analysis theory.and then performed modal analysis and static mechanics analysis on frame by workbench,which is a professional CAE analysis tools.The CAE conclusion reasonably verified that the virtual prototyping has no risk of resonance and also can satisfying the strength requirement. |
