This paper had put forward a question about the analysis of vehicle's inner noise during the analysis of one type of suspended monorail vehicle which is based on the consideration of the passenger comfort.Because in china there is no suspended monorail vehicle running for business,we can't have experiment for the vehicle's inner noise,and we can just analysis it by simulation.So how to analysis and simulate the vehicle's inner noise by numerical Methods is this papers major project.This paper had completed the analysis of suspended monorail vehicle's inner noise in different running situation by using the acoustic simulation calculation finite element software Virtual.Lab Acoustic.Firstly,this paper used 3D modeling software to build the 3D model of suspended monorail vehicle's bogie,suspension device and body,then used finite element meshing software Hypermesh to build the corresponding finite element model,then we used point contact model to build the theoretical model of vehicle tire,and mixed used AMEsim and knowing track ridge spectrum to compute the excitation which vehicle bear in different situation,finally we used acoustic simulation calculation finite element software Virtual.Lab Acoustic and above results to compute and simulate the noise's distribution and characteristic in different situation by using the modal superposition method.This paper's research content include the building of vibration equation and acoustic equation,finite element analysis and meshing,tire's point contact model,the noise compute's modal superposition method,noise finite element,and this paper deeply researched the suspended monorail vehicle's different noise distribution,different tire bear in different running situation,complex model's finite element meshing.This paper have solved some key question including the building of the whole finite element model of suspended monorail vehicle,the building of inflatable rubber wheel's theoretical model and vehicle's noise distribution in different running situation.The result shows that the vehicle's running noise is too high and need to be improved.This paper's noise distribution and characteristics' simulate results can be used in next vehicle's noise reduction analysis,and this results have its research value,...
