| Suspended monorail is a new type of rail transit system in China.In this thesis,based on the test line of air railway from Dayi Jinyuan to Anren tourism infrastructure,the static performance of pin system joint is studied by taking the pin system joint of rail beam and pier column as the research object.This thesis introduces the structure,force transmission mechanism and technical parameters of the suspended monorail and pin shaft system.According to the working conditions,determine the stress state and bearing capacity under the normal service load condition.The results show that the overall stress of the pin system joint is more uniform,the deformation is small,the static performance is good,the yield bearing capacity is high,only the local contact area has obvious stress concentration phenomenon.The spatial structural behaviors of the pin system node are carried,based on a three-dimensional finite model which is established with ABAQUS,and compared with the static test.The results show that the results are in good agreement with the test results.The overall stress,displacement and bearing capacity of the pin shaft system meet the requirements,and are basically consistent with the static test results.Only the stress in the contact area has a certain difference.The reason may be that the consideration of manufacturing deviation has a great influence on the stress in this area.After verifying the correctness of the finite element model based on the existing test data,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the parameters of the contact area.Considering five parameters,such as structure optimization,friction coefficient between contacts,thickness of hanging plate/ear plate,load level and manufacturing error,the distribution characteristics of contact stress of pin shaft connection in elastic working state are analyzed.The key factors are analyzed and the influence law of the key factors on the contact stress is obtained.Finally,combined with the relevant specifications of China,Europe,the United States and other countries,the pin system node is checked.The results show that the dimension parameters meet the specification requirements,and the strength safety factor is large.Combined with the relevant steel structure construction acceptance standards,aiming at the influence of manufacturing deviation on local force and overall force,the limit value requirements for manufacturing deviation of steel components of pin shaft system joints are put forward. |
