To meet the actual requirement of our production of railway transportation,the technical renovation of SS3B electric locomotive is carried out by means of fixed reconnection,which is used instead of some SS1 and SS3 type electric locomotives to take the traction task of the freight train for the corresponding lines.The central control unit(CCU)is the application of SS3B electric locomotive for the fixed link requirements of specialized research and development,which is mainly to complete the on-site locomotive control unit,data acquisition unit and display unit of information exchange.At the same time,it also monitors the main components of locomotive control.In addition,the SS3B central control unit also has the functions of locomotive reconnection,dynamic grouping,communication protocol conversion and so on.It is the central information processing platform of locomotive control.According to the SS3B locomotive network system and components technical specification,the central control unit(CCU)needs to do the performance test under normal temperature.The experimental apparatus designed in this thesis can meet this requirement.The following are the main contents of the thesis:1.The thesis analyzes the SSB central control unit(CCU)and the main function.Meanwhile,it gives the processor board,train bus and vehicle bus control board,control board,digital input board,digital output board,analog input and output board,power board,switch control board and single element between the communication protocol.2.The thesis analyzes the test requirements of CCU,determines the test the performance of the whole machine,veneer performance test and train bus(WTB)allows,vehicle bus(MVB)the content of the communication function test.3.It determines the functions of the CCU test device which mainly contain the input excitation signal generation function,digital output signal detection function,analog output signal detection function and network detection function.And it gives the hardware structure of the CCU test device.4.1t designs a I/O board based on ISA bus,which has 24 switch signal input and 24 switch signal output function.5.It designs the MVB/RS485 communication gateway,which uses PC 104 control computer to form,a small embedded control system.6.It chooses a model AC 1080 for the A/D board and a model AMPC-1224 for the D/A board.The two boards can be directly inserted into an industrial computer or a personal computer with a PC(ISA)slot to form a A/D and a D/A conversion system.7.It designed the test interface of CCU test device.The test interfaces including three.The first is control interface.It has designed five buttons,which respective tester landing,administrator login,password modification,helping and exit system functions.The second is testing surface.lt has designed six test items button representing the host computer in CPU,the vehicle MVB bus interface board,the MTB bus interface board,analog in test function board AIO,digital input and digital output board DI board DO.The third is the administrator interface.It has designed the "add and remove user name" and "modify path" button.The SS3B electric locomotive CCU test device has solved the problem of not detecting the performance of the SS3B electric locomotive CCU which greatly improves the quality of locomotive overhaul and the efficiency of maintenance.
