Nowadays,the mixed model assembly is the main production assembly with many manufacturing enterprises,it can not change the existing means of basic assembly,assembly conditions and assembly capacity under the premise of the assembly by changing the material type,the mold assembly process or assembly size,etc,in a certain period of time,on the same assembly line out a variety of product characteristics are similar,but are not the same type and quantity of products,so that enterprises can meet the individual needs of consumers,rapid response to market changes,to ensure the market share.This thesis mainly with a mixed flow assembly power tools company to study the issues related to improve balance system,the main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter describes the research background,the significance of the research and analysis of the two aspects of operation assembly balance system scheduling and material delivery of some domestic and foreign research status,and finally describes the main research content and organizational structure.The second chapter describes the related theory of the two aspects of lean and assembly system and method,the concept of lean thinking mainly involves the balance of production and lean logistics and improving method,and assembly system is the concept and method of scheduling and material distribution.The third chapter carries on the analysis and understanding of the status of the assembly system of B electric tools factory of the company,first introduced the layout and assembly of a factory,then find out the existing problems from two aspects of job scheduling and material distribution,and analyzes the causes of the problem.The fourth chapter optimizes sorting problems of operating system assembly plant,the first comprehensive consideration of the customer forecast set the production plan and order short,then the method of Minimal Production Set(MPS)principle of partitioning the assembly plan,determine each cycle required assembly products of various types of production,and then set up the target assembly equalization and two mathematical models of the minimum total time for theestablishment of the target model,the total after comprehensive consideration,the assembly line end line 5 mixed five different types of electric tools for assembly plan scheduling results,check with the original way to order sequencing results compared the results.The fifth chapter according to the existing material assembly system in factory distribution optimization problem,from the material classification management,material delivery,material delivery path,material delivery time and other aspects of setting and standardized management,the optimized effect with the original condition were compared.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper,and prospects for future research.
