With the development of marine resources and the development of the marine environmental monitoring technology,different kinds of marine test equipment came into being,in situ marine acoustic testing device is released in the shallow sea.Based on sampling and analysis of seabed medium,long time real time monitoring of the seabed environment is carried out,Test device for real-time transmission of monitoring data through optical cable to a shore base station.The device not only can provide more reliable real-time data for the study of the marine environment,but also give Support to the research of seabed medium and microorganism,and give Long term real time monitoring of the ecological environment of the sea floor.In this paper,the design of the in situ test device is deeply studied,and the device is machined and field test,existing virtual prototyping technology and computational fluid dynamics are used to carry out the dynamic simulation analysis of the release process.the design and processing of the in situ device are completed from the following parts:1.According to the actual working conditions,the of suitable size and shape is designed,facilitate the long-distance transportation,using gravity,shape like spear,in situ ocean test device can be equipped with hydrophone,sound velocity meter,altimeter,test cable and spear rod and related accessories.Three-dimensional model of device and related institutions are established,and the use of finite element simulation software of important parts and main points for mechanical analysis and strength check,and according to the simulation results to improve the dangerous section stress and maximum deformation to improve the safety factor of in situ testing device in the marine environment.2.Under the condition of complicated ocean loads,the ship’s motion and the ocean environmental loads are analyzed,which provides the necessary input parameters for the analysis of the virtual prototype.ADAMS Virtual Prototyping Technology is used to establish the marine in-situ test device for releasing virtual prototype model in the process of water,the research and analysis of the dynamic characteristics in various sea conditions and different laying speed under the in situ device,the comparative analysis from transverse swing device,speed,acceleration,rope tension etc,are selected according to the actual sea trial release parameters and provide a theoretical basis for the Zhoushan ocean test.3.The fluid dynamics analysis software CFD is used to establish the fluid dynamics model of in situ test device in the water movement,analyses the flow field distribution in situ device under water movement and force,the simulation results show that the in situ test device has good stability in the process of decline,this is not tilted and meet the job requirements,which provides the powerful data support for the sea trial release scheme,in the process of device structure design and parameter selection.4.The stability test was carried out in the coastal waters of Jiaxing,and the results showed that the device could be released safely and steadily.The in situ ocean test device was also released in the water of Zhoushan,test results and the simulation results proved that similar in situ test device release had good stabilization,in situ testing device can be inserted into the smooth vertical seafloor sediments.
