Over the past decades,microelectronics technology and electronic application technology had great development.Except the traditional logic security card and CPU card,some new methods of payment have appeared,such as multi-function USIM card.Apple Pay,Samsung Pay and MI Pay.In the past.One-Card has become a common conception.Benefiting from the development of Internet+,"card" is not just a physical concept anymore.Following the rules of issuer and CUP,people can pay with their mobile's NFC function easily.This effectively promoted the development of the domestic mobile payment industry and it also helps a lot for the construction of mobile payment application system.As an important electrical equipment,the bus card reader makes it more efficient and convenient to take the bus.Under the impact of the Internet+ on the traditional industry,it is imperative to upgrade the traditional bus card reader with something new and this is why Intelligent point-of-sale device is needed.It is a meaningful topic to make an Intelligent point-of-sale device which can support multiple payments with mobile.This subject is mainly about the design and implementation of Intelligent point-of-sale device.Based on the requirements,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of making the terminal with Cortex-M3 ARM processor and Free RTOS.It also focuses on some important technologies,such as power circuit design,antenna parameter matching,wireless data acquisition and Quick Pass payment.This paper firstly talks about some important technologies for Intelligent point-of-sale device,and then introduces a total solution,hardware-function modules design and software framework design.It also includes the details of important hardware modules and software tasks.In the last part of paper,some issues which appeared during terminal developing and applying are concluded.This subject mainly includes three tasks.Firstly,the Intelligent point-of-sale device need to support the payment with logic security card,CPU card,multi-function USIM card,MI pay,Quick Pass and QR code.Secondly,it should support balance and trading records inquiries.Thirdly,remote data acquisition for trading records is also included in Intelligence Vehicle Terminal.After a lot of tests and trials in market,it is proved that the product achieves all the design goals.
