Along with the fast development of the economy and science technology, the vehicle is an important instrument of the traffic which is quickly increasing. So vehicle anti-theft technology is becoming the focus of the research. Based on the research of the vehicle anti- theft technology at home and aboard and the integrative embedded system platform, we make up research on the vehicle anti- theft technology of the electronics type and the chip type. We have presented an Anti-theft technology based on the design thought of perfect functions, reasonable the ratio of capability to cost and security, which offers theory basic for the design of vehicle anti-theft products. In the first it reviews and analyses the necessary of the research on the vehicle anti-theft technology. Based on the merits and shortcoming of other vehicle anti-theft technology, we have adopted the electronics type and the chip type to design vehicle anti-theft system. Moreover, entry system adopts diplex passwords; code dish adopts dynamic rotary type. We choice the CPU chip according to the requirements of the system and adopt modularization design to the thought base on the CPU chip. Furthermore, we complete program design to the function modularization. In order to enhance system's security, we have presented a new model which makes RTC as random seed, and is named as time seed combination random generation algorithm. Subsequently, we analyze and check up this random generator and testify that it possesses well property of uniformity and independence. The choice of coordinates and the code card generation all adopt time seed combination random generation algorithm. Based on integrated embedded development platform, we analyses and complete the every of modularization the integrated design. Subsequently, we test the integrated system and testify feasibility of the system. In the end of the paper we summarized the fruits of our work and put forward some proposes for the future.
