With the process of urbanization accelerating,the urban and rural development structure and spatial pattern have undergone a series of changes.The expansion of human space and the change of life style make the ecosystem function and landscape ecological pattern be disturbed and destroyed to a certain extent.Ecological environment problems and ecological services weakened,rural landscape and ecologi-cal land by a certain squeeze and cutting occupation,the overall landscape pattern level decreased.However,with the development of landscape ecology,this change of ecological environment and landscape ecology pattern is to promote the realization and application of new ecological protection concepts and protection methods,the construction of ecological network complements the new theoretical and technical basis for ecological protection planning.The ecological red line,which is different from the traditional method,can maintain regional ecological security and sustainable development,and ensure the integrity and connectivity of ecosystem.Based on the theory of landscape ecology,the theory of ecosystem service function and the theory of ecological red line,this paper takes the evaluation method of ecosystem service function,landscape pattern analysis method,ecological network construction method and ecological red line delineation method.E’zhou city ecologic-cal environment analysis and evaluation,application of geographic information and landscape computing platform were E’zhou city ecosystem function evaluation and landscape ecological pattern analysis,identify ecological sensitive area,important ecological function area,evaluation E’zhou overall landscape pattern level The Based on the theory of landscape ecology and the function of ecosystem services,the important ecological patches and ecological sources were identified,and the potential corridors were simulated by using the minimum cost path model.In the process of recognizing the ecological network,by improving the minimum cumulative resistance model which is different from the previous land use type or terrain feature as the main resistance surface,the ecological sensitivity,ecological service value,important ecol-ogical function area,ecological importance,The landscape type and other resistance factors to form a resistance complex surface system,the improved minimum cumulat-ive resistance model can more truly reflect the ecological characteristics and ecological processes.The minimum ecological distance network model is used to simulate the potential ecological network,and the important ecological network is identified on the basis of the gravity model.The ecological network is optimized and the core strategic ecological source of the ecological network is identified according to the relevant important evaluation index.Will identify the important important level of ecological corridor,the core ecological source as the ecological red line of the skeleton,to build ecological red line delineation program,and coordinate with construction and development and cultivated land resources..The results show that:(1)The ecological environment quality of E’zhou City is declining in recent years.The main environmental problems are the decrease of cultivated land and forest land area,the water area is less and the water quality is lower.(2)The landscape index of cultivated land,water body and forest land shows that the cultivated land and water habitat are rich in E’zhou,and the capacity of cultivated land and forest ecological function is remarkable.E’zhou City,the overall landscape fragmentation showed a downward trend,the landscape factor-intensive degree,landscape connectivity and landscape diversity has increased slightly,the overall landscape ecological pattern level needs to be further improved.(3)Based on the basic theory of landscape ecology and the ecological theory,20 ecological sources are identified.The types of ecological sources are large rivers and lakes,large forest land,ecological forest,wetland park,forest park,important scenic spot,Using the minimum cumulative resistance model and the minimum cost path model to identify 190 potential ecological corridors.(4)The use of gravity model to build the ecological source interaction matrix,identify the important ecological corridor,the original identification of the potential ecological corridor to optimize the amendment,extract important corridors,but also remove the important ecological network in the overlapping corridor,The retention part can reflect the accessibility of the ecological source diversified redundant corridors,and the importance levels of important corridors are divided into two categories according to the difference in intensity of interaction.(5)According to the correlation results such as patch area,shape index,patch fractal dimension and other important landscape index,ecological center node degree and meso-centricity degree,the large-scale rivers and lakes,large-scale forest land,Six Core Strategic Ecological Sources of Ecological Public Welfare Forest.Finally,according to the identification of different important ecology corridors and ecological(6)sources,combined with other important research results in the study area,the ecological red line delineation scheme of E’zhou City was constructed,and the ecolo-gical source was divided into primary control area and secondary control area,Will be an important ecological corridor is divided into a control corridor and secondary control corridor,and to determine the different control measures on the ecological red line for different control.(7)The results of the ecological red line and the results of the development of the urban construction land and the basic farmland protection area determined by the boundary of the urban construction land in E’zhou City and the urban development strategy are analyzed,and the conclusion is reached.According to the actual needs of urban construction and development needs to be adjusted,ecological corridor in its important ecological functions will be fully protected,to achieve ecological protection and resource utilization and urban construction and development coordination.
