At present, with the deep development of intelligent substation, the importance of intelligent auxiliary control system becomes more and more obvious ,as an important basis for ensuring the normal production, operation, control and management of substation. Although the State Grid Corporation developed a corresponding specification for the intelligent auxiliary control system, the system still exist many problems in the design, production and use, such as the regulations currently being developed too crude and the understanding deviation of agreement from manufacturers.These problems have a negative impact on system compatibility and device interoperability.Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward a test platform for testing the intelligent auxiliary control system, and focuses on the research of the background simulator of the substation monitoring platform. This paper firstly analyzes the architecture, data frame and safe transmission control mechanism of IEC60870-5-104.After studying the abstract communication service interface, logical node modeling and service layer mapping defined by IEC61850 protocol, this paper focuses on the design and implementation of the substation monitoring background simulator based on IEC60870-5-104 and IEC61850. The two simulators of the design and implementation are tested and analyzed.The main contents of the paper are as follows: 1. According to the functional requirements of the background simulator of the substation, the function of the simulator is analyzed. On the basis of functional decomposition, the function module of the substation monitoring background simulator is constructed, and the overall design drawing is drawn.2. The structure and technical characteristics of architecture, data frame and secure transmission control mechanism in IEC60870-5-104 protocol are analyzed. The three modules for message analysis, message sending and message transmission control of IEC60870-5-104 protocol are designed and implemented. 3. The TCP socket communication is studied, and the communication between the client and server is realized in two aspects; At the same time, the QT platform is used to design and implement the man-machine interface of the simulator. The interface includes the SCADA system simulation interface and the state monitoring window interface. 4. The IEC61850 abstract communication service interface ACSI is studied and the basic structure of the information model is analyzed. The principle and method of information model construction are summarized, and the data model and information interaction model of the simulator are instantiated. And the mapping relationship between IEC61850 protocol and MMS is studied.5. The libiec61850 open source library is used to realize device operation simulation and auxiliary monitoring based on the IEC61850 protocol simulator.6. The system designed is tested and analyzed to prove the effectiveness.In general, the paper has realized the monitoring background simulator based on IEC60870-5-104 protocol and IEC61850 protocol, and the function and performance have basically met the requirements.
