A Research On The Efficiency Of Industrial Water Use In Inner Mongolia

Industrial development is the backbone of economic development in Inner Mongolia,and it's“blood”is water resources.With the deepening of urbanization and farming and stockboarding modernization,water for agriculture and residents' living keeps squeezing industrial water.The general state of water shortage for industry doesn't change,and the extensive development of Inner Mongolia industry is hard to sustain.At the same time,relevant policies from country and Inner Mongolia make the environmental binding for industrial development increasing.From now on,it's the critical period for Inner Mongolia to build a well-off society.Increasing the efficiency of industrial water use is significant to the quality and efficiency of industrial development,and it's significant to promote sustainable and healthy economic development in Inner Mongolia.According to the actual situation of water resources,industrial development and industrial water use in Inner Mongolia,this paper established a relatively scientific industrial water efficiency evaluation index system.The system measures the efficiency of industrial water,and makes a reason analysis based on this measurement resources,and puts forward detailed policy suggestions.The specific contents mainly include the following five aspects.First,clarify the research background and purpose.Systematically presents and studies the industrial water using achievement at home and abroad.Illustrate this paper's innovation point and difficulty.Second,make brief description and analysis of water resources situation from 2008 to 2015 in Inner Mongolia.Clarify the Inner Mongolia industrial development and industrial water use systematically.Third,according to the importance principle,systematize principleand quantizable principle,this paper selects the index of industrial water use efficiency from each alliance and city,use DEA to measure indicators,then make analysis and evaluation.Fourth,based on the results of measurement,this paper makes a relatively overall and deep expounding aiming at the influencing reason for Inner Mongolia industrial water use efficiency.Fifth,put forward the corresponding policies and suggestions according to the influencing reason.
