Research And Analyze On Main Effect Factors To Performance Consistency Of Single Cylinder Engine

Poor capacity consistency problem exists in 3-wheel vehicles with single cylinder diesel engine,whole vehicle's capacity varies greatly after assembling same batch of engines.This passage takes 1115 type diesel engine sample as the research object,first measure main components and parameters of tested sample,then set up the simulating analysis model of engine capacity,and conclude important dimensions and parameters for engine torque,fuel consumption and emission capacity with mathematic methods;at last,test the capacity of engine bench,verify the accuracy of simulating model,and finally confirm main factors and controlling direction that influence the capacity consistency of single-cylinder diesel engine,main research content is as below:(1)Measurement and analysis of engine's key dimension parameters.Do measurement and analysis for key dimension and parameter of tested sample,with key focus on influential components and dimension parameters for engine capacity that influence the compression ratio,valve timing and frictional loss of engine,analyze the difference of dimension parameters,and confirm the key components and dimensions that influence the capacity consistency.(2)Simulating calculation study for engine capacity consistency.Calculate and analyze several parameters' influential rules for diesel engine capacity's consistency with the aid of simulating analysis calculation model being set up by GT-POWER software,the parameters includes,injection timing,compression ratio,intake timing,valve timing;calculate and analyze several influential rules for single-cylinder diesel engine's friction work consistency with EXCITE software,the rules include piston ring tension,fit clearance of cylinder liner and piston,fit clearance of connecting rod bearings.(3)Engine capacity consistency test and analysis of engine.Implement capacity test for single-cylinder diesel bench,do experiments to test the indicators of diesel exterior specialty,universal characteristic,frictional work,emission capacity.Check the simulating model's accuracy by comparing the consistency of tested data with analyzed and calculated results of simulating model,and finally confirm main factors and controlling direction that influence capacity consistency of single-cylinder diesel engine.
