Design Of The 620 Single Cylinder Diesel Engine Test Bed

To enhance TBD620 series diesel engine power and reliability,and reduce the manufacturing cost,the optimization of engine will do a lot.In the process of improvement and optimization,for the research of engine parameters change influence on its working process,and reduce the experiment cost,developed 620 single cylinder machine,and a series of performance tests on a single cylinder test machine.Using the working process of the software simulation analysis on the performance of the single-cylinder engine,in the future in the single cylinder test conducted on diesel engine performance parameters optimization,it is necessary and valuable.In this paper,the component in a single cylinder diesel engine test bench are analyzed in design and layout of the actual research.In view of the cooling system,lubricating system,fuel system and other auxiliary equipment selection research and calculation analysis has carried on the detailed design.Using a one-dimensional of 620 single cylinder diesel engine work process in cylinder software machine simulation model is established,on the working process of the simulation.And done before TBD620V16,comparing the test data of verification model is correct.Through the engine working process to a series of single cylinder diesel engine performance analysis software.After the completion of a single cylinder diesel engine test bench,through debugging running,reasonable test-bed is set up.For single cylinder diesel engine performance test,record the data,and the single cylinder test data with16 cylinder machine test data for comparative analysis,after verification,the test result error is small,prove TBD620 single-cylinder engine test-bed is designed and set up correctly.Meet TBD620 single-cylinder engine test-bed is the design requirements.
