The rapid growth of Chinese automobile production and sales,and the ownership has also reached an unprecedented numbered.With the Cars' character transfer luxury into necessities,the consumers no longer simply take buying a car as a decent thing,and turn to concerned more about their cars' every performance objectives,people's requirement of the autos rise from base attributes to better high driving experience.This issue is from an enterprise's design project suspension modifications in Xi'an,it based on vehicle dynamics,multi-body system dynamics theory,use virtual prototype of the vehicle ride comfort simulation analysis,testing and optimization study,the focus is more work ride under the study conditions.Firstly,this thesis take a domestic five-link suspension as research object,and use the multi-body system dynamics theory,to structured a virtual prototype of the aircraft,then take the virtual prototype simulation and experimental research on the virtual prototype ride comfort.Secondly,this paper analyzed the structure of a type of five-link suspension in order to obtain the structural parameters accurately for each member of suspension.According to the ISO2631 standards,we evaluated them from verticality,pitch angle and roll angle.In accordance with the relevant standards of parameter design of ride comfort under vehicle dynamics theory ride,we find the suspension parameters optimal value under variety of working conditions.Finally,using ADAMS/Insight module to research the functional digital prototypes systematically,so that we can make each suspension of parameter variation graphs within the scope of designed.We had taking the simulation analysis and operational stability before and after optimization,the vibration of optimized vehicle has been significantly improved its ride comfort,while improving performance,their steering stability were not adversely affected.
