With the development of our society and economy,the demand of electric power is increasing.As the main equipment of the power system,the transformer is more important to reduce the loss and improve the economy,reliability and safety of the operation.Transformer losses include iron loss and copper consumption.The iron loss includes both hysteresis loss and eddy current loss in the transformer core,including between core silicon insulation damage due to eddy current loss,eddy current loss to form a main magnetic field and shell components such as the transformer effect.Basic copper transformer DC resistance coil copper loss caused by consumption,due to the stray loss caused by the vortex electric field resistance conductor skin effect caused by alternating magnetic field increases and increased consumption caused by stray copper in transformer shell parts such as leakage magnetic field caused by the.In this paper,the loss of transformer and the loss of load are calculated.For the no-load loss of transformer,this paper analyzes the reason of the hysteresis loss,eddy current loss and the additional loss of iron core.The load loss of transformer is analyzed and calculated according to four parts:resistance loss,eddy current loss,circulating current loss and stray loss.According to the results of the analysis,the measures to reduce the transformer losses are given.On the basis of theoretical calculation,this paper analyzes the concrete measures to reduce the no-load and load loss of transformer.In the aspect of transformer structure,the advantages of the three phase four frame and the core structure of the winding core on the reduction of the loss of the core are studied,and the optimization of the sectional area of the main yoke and the yoke of the transformer core is presented.In order to reduce the loss of iron core,the advantages and disadvantages of high quality and high magnetic conductivity oriented silicon steel sheet and amorphous alloy were studied by comparison experiments.For the transformer technology,four kinds of processing technology,the direct and oblique joints,the step and the overlapping,are compared.For the copper loss of the transformer,two ways to improve the wire material and the reasonable commutation are studied.For the stray.loss of the transformer caused by the leakage magnetic field,the effect of various magnetic shielding measures on the stray loss is studied.In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and study the effectiveness of the energy saving measures of the transformer,the SSZ-240000/220 energy saving power transformer prototype is designed.Through the simulation of the main insulation of transformer leakage magnetic field,magnetic field and the ability to withstand short circuit and winding temperature field.The results show the main field of energy saving and leakage magnetic field distribution and is superior to the traditional transformer winding temperature rise is less than the traditional transformer,the transformer copper loss and iron loss is reduced,verify the safety and economy of transformer the.For the design of the transformer voltage ratio measurement and connection test,applied voltage withstand test,switching impulse test,lightning impulse test and long induction voltage test,level measurement experiment,the basic performance test of transformer.The design of the winding resistance measurement experiment,experiment of measuring the insulation resistance and dielectric loss factor of windings,no-load current and no-load loss measurement,short circuit impedance and load loss measurement,measurement of no-load loss of transformer and the main technical parameters and the transformer load loss.The results show the basic performance of the transformer can meet the design requirements,no-load loss and load loss compared with traditional transformer to reduce,to achieve a safe,reliable and economic targets for energy saving transformer provides a reference for further research.
