| Nowadays,many cities are facing such problems as waterlogging,the shortage of waterresources,water pollution and environment deterioration in China,which cause from excessive exploitation of water resources,the ignorant of ecological environment protection and unscientific extensive construction mode in the background of rapid urbanization.Especially,the waterlogging is becoming a bottleneck restricting the healthy development of city.What’s more,many cities are facing serious crisis of groundwater resources depletion with the impact of industrialization and the increase of production and living water.With the increasing expansion of city scale,a large number of rigid pavement and grey infrastructure result in the increase of impervious surfaces,the crush of ecological landscape,the shrink of river and lake area,natural vegetation destruction and the block of water circulation in surface and ground.In this context,the academics begin to reflect the defects of traditional storm-water management model and put forward the sustainable storm-water management mode,so sponge city is come into being.University campus is a kind of important regional types in the city,it develops a set of highly mixed land structure about education,residential,commercial,cultural facilities,road and traffic facilities,parks and industrial.Compared with other land types of city,campus zone has the highest degree of mixing and the lowest homogeneous degree,whose function and the city landscape are same as independent small town,which is the reason about campus known as the university-city.Therefore,the sponge construction of campus has a great demonstration effect and experimental significance for the generation and solution of urban rainwater problems.At the same time,campus has personnel training,scientific research,cultural transmission function,which is responsible for promoting the quality of society and culture communication.Campus landscape and the building style has become a city brand and represented the image of the city.Therefore,campus has great practical significance for the application and demonstration of LID rainwater management technology about the sponge city,the education and promotion of water ecological environment and the shaping of ecological city landscape.On the basis of the above considerations,this paper attempts to analyze the theory connotation of sponge city,comb storm-water management concept about the sponge city and expound the important functions of the sponge-construction of campus,using literature research,system research and other research methods.Besides,this paper is oriented to thesponge city storm-water management concept,explores the planning objectives,principles,main procedures and content about campus,and puts forward some campus planning and design strategy based on storm-water management concept of sponge city.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The storm-water management concept of sponge city is a multi-scale,adaptability,micro-circulation,the whole process of ideas and resources concept.2.This paper analyzes the limitation of the conventional storm-water management and the superiority of the storm-water management about sponge city in the campus.3.According to special type of city function about campus,this paper discusses the spongeconstruction in campus can play an important role in demonstration project standards,technical management output,personnel security,industrial development carrier and green education places.4.Campus planning,under the guidance of storm-water management concept about sponge city,should set out some planning objectives,such as the ecological sensitive area protection,the penetration waterlogging,pollution control,utilization of rainwater resource,reduce construction energy consumption,less water pollution control costs,green economic development,construction of LID demonstration platform,providing public services and build a green ecological education.At the same time,campus planning needs follow some principles as the water management for the first,cluster development,technology and landscape integration,system integration and green education visibility.5.This paper discusses the main program and content about campus planning under the guidance of storm-water management concept of the sponge city,proposes the present construction condition analysis and location,function orientation and development strategy,sponge City special planning,land function organization,road traffic system,the green landscape system,water resources optimization design and implementation of security system of campus.6.This paper clarifies the campus planning and design appropriate strategies under the guidance of storm-water management concept of the sponge city,including determine the scope of storm-water management based on target sponge pattern construction and storm-water management facilities,Total annual runoff target decomposition,LID applicationinfrastructure design and improve the water ecological science system. |
