So far passive house demonstration projects and design standards in China take the German passive house standard as the template,and use different technologies disposing of troubles caused by climatic difference,which has increased passive house costs.It is the biggest issue to develop passive ultra-low energy consumption standard in the hot summer and cold winter area to promote passive house in this area.Firstly,this master thesis summarizes three forms of passive house standards all over the world.Secondly,climate adaptation theory is applied,and five types climatic parameters are compared and analyzed from the outdoor air temperature,solar radiation,dew point temperature,sky temperature and climatic continentally,and figures out that some changes must be made to apply passive house in hot summer and cold winter area.Then,sensitivity analysis and static building energy simulation are made by passive house planning package software,condidering the orthogonal experiment method.At the same time,the comprehensive effects of passive energy consumption,cost and energy saving rate are discussed.Finally,energy demand parameters and building envelop thermal parameters in the hot summer and cold winter area are calculated.The ranges of energy demand parameters in the hot summer and cold winter area are showed as below:the heating demand?10kWh/(m~2·a);the cooling demand?22kWh/(m~2·a),dehumidification demand?20kWh/(m~2·a);heating,cooling,dehumidification and lighting demand?60 kWh/(m~2·a);primary energy demand?120 kWh/(m~2·a).The ranges of building envelop thermal parameters are showed as below:heat transfer coefficient of the external wall and the roof are 0.2~0.3W/(m~2·K).The glass'g value is 0.4~0.6,the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window is 1~1.4 W/(m~2·K);Total heat recovery rate?70%.What's more,active cooling system is necessary to keep a good indoor thermal comfort,and reduce the overheating rate.Considering traditional energy efficiency rate calculated by heating demand,passive house in hot summer and cold winter area can reach more than 90%of eneygy saving level.Considering energy efficiency rate calculated by annual energy consumption,passive house in hot summer and cold winter area can reach75%of the fourth step energy saving level.Preliminary passive house standard in hot summer and cold winter area is discussed in this master thesis,that will enrichs the theory system of passive house in China and offers reference for passive'utilization in this area.
