With the acceleration of urbanization and the upgrading of consumption structure,China's demand for energy is still in a state of continuous growth.In 2015,China's energy consumption in the construction industry has exceeded the energy consumption of industry and transportation,and energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction sector are still tasks It is arduous,in order to reduce the energy consumption of China's construction industry,building high-energy efficiency,low-energy-consumption buildings has become the development trend of China's construction.With the implementation of China's new strategy in the field of construction,the eight-character guideline for construction,and the lifelong responsibility of the five-party responsible entity,new development trends in building energy efficiency have emerged.That is,building energy saving shifts to green buildings,individual energy saving shifts to regional greening,and building low energy efficiency to high energy efficiency.In order to promote the further development of building energy efficiency,various places in China have formulated corresponding policies to vigorously promote green buildings,low-energy and ultra-low-energy buildings,near zero-energy buildings,and zero-energy buildings.Some technical problems have caused some buildings to fail to achieve the expected ultra-low energy consumption target.Therefore,this paper studies the energy-saving design of net zero energy consumption office buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions,and provides the development of net zero energy consumption buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions in China.Strong theoretical basis.This article firstly systematically sorted out the research origin,research significance,related concepts,research content,methods and framework,and made a research and summary of the development status of net zero energy consumption at home and abroad.Second,analyze the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter regions in China,and summarize the characteristics of high temperature in summer and cold winter.At the same time,three typical cities in hot summer and cold winter regions,Shanghai,Chengdu and Chongqing,were selected Specific analysis was conducted and it was found that the energy consumption of lighting and air conditioning in public buildings accounted for most of the total energy consumption;furthermore,the heat transfer characteristics of hot summer and cold winter areas in China were summarized and summarized,which laid a theory for the research of this paper.The foundation also provides the direction of energy-saving design of public buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.Third,carry out research on technical points,methods and strategies of net zero energy consumption buildings.On the basis of previous research,based on the climate point and building energy consumption characteristics of hot summer and cold winter regions,combined with the actual situation in China,we propose the active and passive energy-saving design strategies applicable to hot summer and cold winter regions,mainly including outdoor environment,indoor environment,Design points such as building energy efficiency improvement,as well as design methods,construction quality requirements,buildingoperation and maintenance,etc.Fourth,based on the design strategy in Chapter 3,starting with specific projects,a concrete analysis of the Chengdu Net Zero Energy Demonstration Project is conducted.Based on the entire life cycle of the building,specific building energy-saving designs are summarized from the aspects of building planning and site selection,energy-saving measures of building envelopes,building energy consumption systems,building operation and monitoring.In addition,research is conducted on the ways and system forms of renewable energy utilization.Fifth,through software simulation,the DeST software is used to simulate and analyze the load of the building and the energy consumption of the system,and compare the demonstration building with the reference building,so as to analyze the energy saving rate of this demonstration project,reuse the use of renewable energy,and verify the Whether the demonstration building can meet the design standard of net zero energy consumption.In summary,combined with the simulation model for energy consumption analysis,it provides a certain idea and direction for the design of net zero energy buildings in the region to promote the development of net zero energy buildings in China.
