Ceramic Tableware Packaging Reduction Design Analysis And Practice

Most ceramic dishes in China still have packaging defects and function loss.Excess packaging and flashy but insubstantial adverse phenomenon leads to the single morphological structure of packaging and too much packaging materials,and cannot effectively guarantee the quality of products which causes the high breakage rate of the ceramic tableware and enormous waste of environmental resources.Under the call of the green packaging concept,the study of the reduced packaging of ceramic tableware is urgent.In this paper,we use ceramic tableware packaging as the design object,through the collection and analysis of relevant documents and investigation on the packaging design of ceramic tableware at home and abroad,the defects of traditional ceramic tableware packaging were revealed,and at the same time,the effective methods and the correct way of packaging design reduction was actively explored and summarized,forming the design creation theory,methods and technical route.Based on the analysis and research of the packaging design reduction,started with guaranteeing the function of packaging design and combined with the ecological environment,the actual needs of producers and consumers,in the packaging material,more attention was paid to environmental protection and non-toxic,biodegradable materials and environmental recycled paper was adopted;the packaging structure required scientific rationalization,and the design of packaging structure was optimized by analyzing the characteristics of the product;in the packaging design style,the contracted style was adopted,and the packaging process was simplified,and the waste discharge in the packaging process was reduced;the research of packaging function was strengthened and the extension of packaging function was realized.Under the premise of ensuring that the ceramic tableware packaging basic performance,ceramic tableware packaging reduction was effectively realized,solving the defects of the present ceramic tableware packaging,and meanwhile hoped to guide and promote the improvement of other fragile packaging.
