The direct purchase regulations, which have been carried out or will be carried out in China, have some deficiencies. First, they contribute nothing to promote the ratios of wind and other renewable resource power production; second, there are no consuming time restrains of transaction load; third, the transaction mechanism is for thermal power, lacking mechanism for other types of unit; and so on. Therefore, a new transaction regulation must be promoted in order to improve the renewable energy ratio, ease the dispatch difficulty at the valley load condition and reduce the shut down times for thermal plant, so as to benefit all of the transaction companies and the society.Focused on this question, a destructed direct purchase method for power consumers and power generation corporations has been promoted. In this method, the pre-transaction load is destructed in point of space and time, then made high and low matching in isomorphic or isomeric patterns. The time-destructed transaction method adopts time-of-use (TOU) mechanism linked between power generation corporations and power consumers. The space-destructed transaction method is focused on the types of power generation corporations and power consumers. Based on the different destruction types of direct purchase load and different combination, there are two patterns, isomorphic transaction pattern and isomeric transaction pattern, of destructed direct purchase between power consumers and power generation corporations.Isomorphic transaction pattern contain two aspects: space and time. The isomorphic transaction mode is defined as follow: A certain type of power generation corporations and a certain type of consumers participate in a certain destructed direct purchase market. The different markets in isomorphic transaction are isolate in the transaction. So the isomorphic transaction pattern is simple in market configuration, and it can adopt the existing transaction method.The isomerization degree leads to the isomeric transaction mode diversity and market configuration diversity. It can be divided into three transaction patterns—space-isomeric transaction pattern, time-isomeric transaction pattern and space- and time-isomeiric transaction pattern. In the isomeric transaction patterns, the level 1 son markets are isolate, but the level 2 son markets are connected in some aspect. So the existing transaction rules are not suitable for it, and the new rules should be designed for them.A series of analysis and data examples can demonstrated that: destructed transaction can improve the generation ratio of renewable resource, and contribute to energy conversation and emission reduction; the destructed transaction can reduce peak and fill valley as the result of TOU and space limit, which decreases the wind loss and water loss, as well as reduces the risk of shut down for thermal power generations; the destructed transaction can develop more load, especially the renewable resource, so it can bring more benefit to the renewable power generations; every customer can adjust the load usage in different period in a reasonable way in order to reduce the average cost of power; the total transmission benefit of Grid Corporation has improved for more transaction load, meanwhile, the effect of reducing peak and filling valley can also conserve operation cost for Grid Corporation.Moreover, the different transmission prices are also considered in the destructed transaction. The same transmission price can lower the undulation of average transmission price of the entire trading load, and alleviate the risk of Grid Corporation.
