Study On Evolution Of Human Settlement Environment System In Tanhualin District Of Wuhan

Tanhualin is located in the northeast corner of the ancient city of Wuchang,the area of Fenghuang Mountain,Pangxiejia and Huayuan Mountain was parallel north and south,east and west extension of the direction.In the history,Pangxiejia was built as the base of Wuchang ancient city.Since the opening of the Hankou,foreign religious forces have invaded.Then a number of schools,hospitals and churches have been built around the mountains.After the demolition of the wall,Wuhan expanded outward.Due to the area of geographical advantages and cultural heritage,leaving a number of distinctive residential buildings.After the founding of the country,other state-owned enterprises,the corresponding staff quarters and private construction.Urban land expanded.With the development of the market economy and the reform of the housing system,the region as the center of Wuhan was changing.And the mountain was destroyed,man-land relationship deteriorated.Since 2005,Tanhualin area began the protection and planning of historical blocks.Then the Hubei Academy of Fine Arts-based Tanhualin art village and art district were formed.This paper analyzes the evolution process of mountainous human settlements in the period from end of Qing to modern times,and tries to explore the reasons for the evolution of the system,combining Wu Liangyong's human settlements system.The first part is the introduction.the research background,the meaning of topics,domestic and foreign research progress,the theoretical basis,the scope of research and research methods was mainly introduced.The second part is the evolution of the five systems of natural system,including human system,social system,residential system and support system.The evolution of human system includes the change of human demand and the change of the external characteristics of the population.The evolution of the social system changes from the social relations to the evolution of the social system,and the change of from the socialsystem to the change of the social system.In addition it includes the change of the social system,community differentiation evolution.Residential system is mainly about the residential building form and function,the level of residential grades.Support system research includes the changes of street systems,rail transit systems,water supply and drainage systems,power telecommunications system.The third part is the analysis of the reasons of Tanhualin system evolution,and it has two perspectives: one is the interaction between the five systems of Tanhualin;the second is the specific factors including macro level,meso level.The macro level mainly includes the historical factors,the urbanization,the establishment of the market economic system,the guidance of the ecological view,the reform of the household registration system and the reform of the housing system.The meso level is mainly about the adjustment of the industrial structure,the relevant laws and regulations.The fourth part is the conclusion.This paper mainly summarizes the reasons for the evolution of the human settlements in Tanhualin,and explains the shortcomings of the study.At present,the transformation of Tanhualin historical district has achieved some results.Visibility is also increasing.Tanhualin area rich streets cultural,cultural culture,architectural culture and other cultural heritage.It has been received the attention of the government and the planning department.For the government's protection,the planning department to correct the views and the active participation of the people,Tanhualin will Gradually establish a living,perfect,beautiful environment,which is suitable for the characteristics of the living environment system.
