In the case of domestic water resources are increasingly lacking,large-scale utilization of seawater resources in the country gradually started,ultra-large glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline application is imperative.As a new type of construction pipe,FRP pipe with its excellent performance is widely used in construction projects,bringing significant economic benefits,its market prospects and development potential is immeasurable.So far,the domestic construction of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes are based on other materials of the pipeline,and not for large-scale glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe construction technology research,based on this situation,this paper combines the Saudi Arabia Jubail industrial area seawater cooling water intake of the overall project The second phase of the project,the construction of ultra-large glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline for targeted research,hoping for other ultra-large glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline project construction to provide reference and guidance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Starting from the pipeline installation,working pipe through the casing construction,anti-drift pipe construction,valve well embedded casing construction four aspects,through theoretical analysis and calculation,proposed large glass(2)to test the proposed construction plan,including off-site test and typical construction section of the test,and then verify the feasibility of the construction program;(3)by analyzing the problems in the test,the construction program(4)combined with this project,the super-large glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline construction technology systematically summarized.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The diameter of the superfine FRP pipe is large,and the factors such as hoisting,transportation,deformation and docking accuracy must be considered when the pipe is installed.)Large-scale glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe length is longer,heavy weight,in the work pipe through the casing construction,should pay special attention to the deformation and displacement of the pipeline;(3)large glass fiber reinforced plastic buoyancy,(4)in the construction of ultra-large glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline valve wells,should pay special attention to the accuracy of the flange short tube docking in place.The research results of this paper have been successfully applied to practical engineering,which provides a good reference and guidance for the construction of other superfine FRP pipeline projects.
