Researchon The Application Of BIM Technology In The Process Of Project Construction Management

In recent years,with the development of the economy steps into the "new normal" period,the era of domestic construction industry has risen steadily into the stock competition era.In particular,since 2014,the construction enterprises reduced the new construction projects,and the construction area curtailed.Under this situation,the construction enterprises are extremely difficult to survive with the growing competition.In addition,the fine and collaborative management of some small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China is still quite junior.Construction has its own qualities,such as the single piece,large scale,complex structure,difficult and long cycle characteristics.The traditional Construction Project Management can not fully adapt to the survival and development of these construction units,and it is necessary to introduce advanced theory and methods to assist Construction Project Management.This paper first analyzes the application status of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology at home and abroad by means of literature research,and expounds the origin,concept,characteristics and advantages of BIM technology,then forms a more comprehensive understanding of BIM technology.Secondly,through theoretical connection,this paper analyzes the influence of BIM technology on the main participants of the project,and confirms the value of BIM technology in construction enterprises.Based on BIM technology,it builds the construction unit project management system.Then introducing BIM technology into the project management to analyze the existing management problems of the system,for example,the progress control,quality control,and safety management.And coming up with targeted solutions based on BIM technology.Finally,by using the application of BIM technology in Henan Shengde Hospital,we can know the application of BIM technology in the earlier construction,print management,schedule control,quality control and safety management,Effectively speeding up the construction schedule,improving the quality of construction and controlling safety concerns,Fully confirms the BIM technology has the rationality and advantages for project management and guidance of the construction.The research contents of this paper are of great significance to solve the problems existing in the construction process of the project,which is of great significance to the project management and guidance construction in the construction stage.It is hoped that the conclusion of this paper can effectively improve the productivity and competitiveness of construction units,Meanwhile,providing reference value of the application of the BIM technology in construction enterprises.
