With the continuous development of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,more and more applications have been made in the whole life cycle of architectural projects.BIM modeling software for design and construction stage is already very abundant in architecture field.However,there are few control systems for the whole life cycle of progress,cost,quality,safety,document and so on.This system integrates the management of project process application,designs and realizes the BIM process management system combined with web service technology.The application of management system have great significance both in terms of technology and management.This paper focuses on the application of process management such as model sharing,schedule management,cost management,quality and safety management.Model sharing,used to solve the phenomenon of model isolated island,prevent model loss caused by human flow,and improve the ability of troubleshooting drawing design errors.Progress control refers to the control of project managers over the overall progress in the process of project promotion.Cost control means that the investment supervision company regularly supervises the project cost,prevents the cost from exceeding the budget,and provides data basis for the total cost management of the project.Quality and safety management,solve the problem of long period of collaborative communication and feedback in the construction process,avoid rework phenomenon,so that emergencies can be dealt with in time.In the development process of management system,the author participated in various stages of system research and development,including requirements analysis,system framework construction,detailed design and functional development,functional testing and project management coordination.In the requirements stage,I participated in the collection and analysis of requirements,and sorted out the system requirements use cases.In the design and implementation stage,system architecture design and review are carried out to realize functional coding development.In the system test stage,functional test and interface stress test are conducted.The author coordinated and managed the project during the research and development period to ensure the timely delivery of system functions with high quality.This paper first introduces the research background of BIM management system,and the application status of BIM at home and abroad,and briefly describes the main work of the paper stage.Secondly,it gives an overview of BIM,web services,database,three dimensional components and other technologies in the project.At the stage of preliminary design,the system is developed with three-layer architecture.In the detailed design chapter,web services and other technologies are used for functional design and implementation,and the specific class diagram,state diagram and flow chart are given.Functional and interface performance tests are then performed to ensure functional integrity and high availability of the system.Finally,the paper summarizes the work and the future prospects of the system.
